Paul wrote that he rejoiced in his suffering.

Philippians 1:29-30 Christians can expect suffering to be a common experience.

Paul’s suffering was a result of obedience to Christ.

The command to go will probably take us out of our comfort zone.

What? “fill up what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ”

There is a fellowship of suffering in the faith.

Paul outlined his events of suffering: 2 Corinthians 11:23-33

Paul was commissioned by God to fully preach the word of God. v. 25

Gnostics taught that only they had access to hidden knowledge -they were the initiated.

A hidden mystery has been revealed to His saints.

What was the mystery that God chose to make known?

Speaking to God’s saints: “Christ is in you, the hope of glory.”
